Dear God,

I feel like I am in the middle of Christmas with an array of Christian writers around me who are feeding me Christmas stories of faith, hope, peace, joy and love.  And how I love each one!

My morning devotions feed me like nothing else.  Whether Richard Rohr, Henri Nouwen, the psalmist, St. Paul or people from my own churches, each and every one strengthens my faith and resolve to be your very own.  They stretch and challenge me.  Sometimes, more often than that, they convict me.  They all invite me to reach for heaven, to listen for your voice and to become truth, hope and love to not only those around me but strangers I meet.  Each morning as I sit with them I find light and warmth and so much faith!
