Dear God,

Part of the magic of Christmas is the opportunity to discover new perspectives.  As I sat in the therapist's office listening to his words of challenge, encouragement and affirmation, I could feel my brain neurons dancing.  What appeared first to be darkness turned to light.  I breathed in a new hope and peace.

You can do so much for us when we truly lean in, listen to your words and feel your love.  Advent and Christmas afford us the chance to step onto fresh soil where birth and life can begin again.  Truly it is remarkable especially since this wintry season seems bereft of life.  But not so, not at all.

and hope.
