Dear God,

Some change brings light and peace.  Some bring darkness and pain.  But the really good news is that you are in both, the light and the darkness.

We forget your will and your ways, O Lord.  We assume we know so much when we know so little.  When we get caught up in our darkness, we assume we only have the darkness.  BUT, the moment we open our self to you, really open ourselves, we see the wonder of your living presence.  We are caught off guard and surprised with a glorious revealing. Oh, if only we could remember and anticipate your movement.
