Dear God,

You give evidence of your miracle-working power.  You show us how faith can indeed move mountains. You reveal how you guide us toward healing and hope.

For several years I watched as one woman rose out of the ashes of a tormented life.  Abuse of all kinds held her back from a life of promise.  Carrying the responsibility of caring for her younger siblings, her health broke plaguing her with daily pain, suffering, and sorrow.  One day with great courage she began opening the doors to her past.  Confronted with unimaginable images, she took hold of faith allowing it to lead her out of the darkness and into the light.

Recently she trusted you to help her unfold a new life.  She started taking steps to move forward in faith. One by one she made decisions to leave her dead-end job, to move out of state, to find a living space that would help her truly live, and to forever leave behind all the burdensome weight of age-old messages that had held her captive.  She could do all this because now you are the power in her life.

of a
good life.
Thank you
for divine love
that has
everything needed
to recreate anew.
