Dear God,

It is a wonderful thing to be included, to be drawn in, and to be accepted.  It feels good to know you are part of a meaningful whole of others.

I know what it is like to be outside a group, to feel left out, less than, lonely, and lost.  Living life on one's own has many freedoms but at the core it lacks that feeling of connection, a link to others.

So often we attempt to live life without you, Lord.  We like to think erasing you and others is an answer to a life dilemma; yet, we find in time life lacks the most essential ingredient and that is a relationship with you and others.  You show us the way to a meaningful life revealing sacred mysteries that lead us to places we could never have dreamed or imagined. 

When we are drawn into you, your love, and your compassion, we enter into a wondrous experience of faith that opens doors to a future bright with hope and promise.

that comes
