Dear God,
The light shines in the darkness every time! Although the night was dark, pitch black, a star twinkled in the night. That one star spoke loudly, "I am the light of the world."
Everywhere I look, I see the light. It is the night skies but it is also the lights shining on earth as seen from an airplane flying overhead. A car's front lights, a porch light or a bright phone flashlight can remind me of you. The light radiates in nearly every corner. Even the naked eye can see it.
You spoke deeply about the light. "Do not hide your light under a bushel." You said. Every time I see the light, you remind us we are to be the light. For those who are desperate, one light can save.
Blessed are you,
Almighty God.
Thank you
for your
compassionate care.
Thank you
for bringing
your light
to us.
Make us
your light
in the world,
I pray.
Love, Andrea
