Dear God,

Each morning when I sit with St. Francis, the sisters of Carmel, the psalmist, St. Paul and Ann Voskamp, I am urged to rise higher in faith.  Their stories, their love and their faith challenge me on every level of life.  They motivate me to be more than I am.

When I consider all who have nudged me in faith, I am moved to great gratitude.  Their love for you, their service to humanity and their desire to spread the word of faith to others causes me to reexamine my own life and witness.  What do I do to give testimony to your work in my life and in the world?

I realize I want to be more because I want more of you.  I want to be a living witness to your love and mercy.  I want to give, to bless and to inspire.  I want to offer hope because every writer I read provides a story of hope.  They shine your light, warm my heart and fill me up with faith.

Thank you
for all those
who give witness
to your life
in this world.
Thank you
for blessing them
and blessing us.
Thank you
for challenging us
to be more
for the world.

Love, Andrea
