Dear God,

How long do you wait on us to turn to you?  Does it seem like forever?  Do you ever want to give up?

I am working hard to put in a new lawn.  I have raked the area several times trying to get out every bit of debris.  I put down top soil and then compost.  I watered it really good.  Later I planted grass seed.  I have watered the area twice daily for almost a week.  I don't see one blade of new grass.

The process of putting in a grassy area has caused me to think of all your work to help me turn to you.  You give me good soil, great seed, living water, plenty of sunshine and hope to grow.  But you too wait, don't you?
