Dear God,

I have watched with great interest the process of spring with my (some kind of) cherry tree outside my study window.  It was barren all winter long but was extraordinarily beautiful when the snow fell and she captured the tiny flakes in her arms, the branches stretching toward the sky.  Then as temperatures rose she began her metamorphosis to teeny specks of green, to tiny, curled leaves to fully-formed, green leaves and now to small, pink blossoms budding, filling each branch with amazing beauty.  As she fills out and fall comes, berries will appear and the birds sing and dance and eat.

I find I am strengthened and encouraged by this stunning tree who frequently dances in the wind.  She teaches me about you, about faith and trust and hope.  I am always blessed by your attention to beautiful detail after beautiful detail as she whispers her truth about her wondrous creator.

Thank you
for the
spectacular springtime transformation,
Great Creator.
Thank you
for color,
texture and dance.
I am blessed.

Love always, Andrea
