Dear God,

Daily you speak to us through relationships, nature, music, books and so much more.  With an ear attuned for your voice, we can hear you sharing your message of hope, beauty, mercy, challenge and peace with us.

In our covenant group this morning one of our group spoke of a visiting fox, another of an Autumn toad.  Their messages spoke gently this morning as we listened to our colleagues' insights.  Sometimes, often animals speak your word.

There is a profound message of hope to know you speak daily to us.  With open minds, hearts and souls we can anticipate your living presence with us.  You want to speak to us and we want to hear.  We want a deep connection to you, Creator of the Cosmos, and we are not disappointed when we link up during the day.

Holy God,

for intimate moments

of faith.

Thank you

for blessing us

with your presence,

your hope

and your love.

Open us wide

to your voice,

I pray.
