Dear God,

What a spectacular sunrise this morning!  Pinks, grays, blue and white, striated lines with puffy billowing clouds.  I just stood at the Walmart parking lot and gazed.  When I saw a young man close by, I told him what a beautiful sunrise it was.

Every day you give us gifts.  We never have to look far to find them.  And every time I am wowed, awed by your incredible generosity.

O God.

Open our minds

and souls

to your wonder.

Keep us close,
