Dear God,
I watch as the tree limbs and branches dance in the wind. Do I dance when moved by your spirit? I gaze on the budding leaves and watch as they grow. Do I bud and grow in faith? I witness the light as it breaks into the darkness. Do I break forth in light and warmth from my own darkness?
Your creation is our greatest teacher. When we pay attention, when we quiet our souls and when we pause to learn, creation will teach us about life, faith and about you, God of Us All. Instill in us the desire to be one with you and your creation.
Holy God,
on this
Easter Saturday
may we
watch for signs
of your coming.
Like the
warming earth,
make us
warm to
your spirit.
Then inspire us
to dance,
grow and learn.
Love always, Andrea
