Dear God,

Faith.  Faith is an open door, an opening to a much-wider world, one that we do not always know exists.  Yet, once we walk through that door, things change.

I remember being afraid of the night darkness.  Once I was staying with my cousin at my grandmother's farmhouse out in the country.  We were young.  It was late.  Donna and I gazed out the screen door that opened to the barn, walkway and nearby pastures.  Two years older she told me you lived among the stars that were bright that night.  I recall gazing every more deeply than ever before and I believed.  You changed everything that night for faith appeared and transformed me.
