Dear God,

The view from above is spectacular.  Clouds of varying shades and blue, blue and blue skies lift the human soul to higher and greater dimensions.  As our plane rose above the clouds, I could not help but stare at the magnificence of your creation.  The experience reminded me of how grey and dreary a day can be but above the clouds, there is an exquisite display of the awe and majesty of the cosmos.

I believe grey days are vitally important because they remind us there is always something more.  Our perspective changes when we reflect upon that which we normally cannot see until the clouds part or dissipate but creation's beauty is always there.  Grey days challenge us to pause, consider, open our eyes and all our senses to what is but cannot be seen, tasted or heard.  It exists always.
