Dear God,

A simple walk in the morning with you can reap great benefits!  Like a tour guide, you lead us to great views, profound perspectives and significant happenings.  Just this morning you invited me to step to my left in order to smell the last vestiges of a gorgeous white lilac.  You pointed me to a hallowed moment between a momma and her infant child.  You gave me opportunity to smile at drivers passing by.  You helped me see the morning sun, feel the spirit breeze and hear the sounds of nature singing your praise.

Unless we give way to your gentle whisper, we miss chances to be with you, to see nature and all her wonderment and to engage with others around us.  An affirming answer can help us experience the exquisite beauty of all creation.

inviting me

for a journey

and for

moving my feet

in the direction

of creation.

that on 

the outset

look like

a simple walk

but turn into

a divine event.
