Dear God,

A simple question took us down the path of faith.  We wandered and explored until we came to discernment, insight, and hope.  No one but you could lead us there.

We gathered for our covenant retreat to talk about transition and its challenges.  We prayed asking for your wisdom.  As always we listened, waited, and followed.  We marveled at your work, your mercy, and your love.

Like the psalmist, "you led us to quiet pools of fresh water."  We drank and were full.

O God,
you are
so generous.
You lavish us
with spiritual food
and drink.
You take us
down paths,
some old,
some new,
to teach us.
Thank you,
Wondrous God,
thank you.
