Dear God,

As I sit here writing, the snow glistens on the landscape outside my study window.  Like sparkling diamonds I think of the glow, the beauty and the radiance of faith.  Nothing, no thing shines brighter than faith when lived, experienced or displayed, nothing!

Daily you use nature to speak to us.  She whispers small truths, creation's story and profound challenges about life's questions, fears and disappointments.  If we are willing to listen, really listen we will grow, change and leap forward trusting in your to lead and guide us.

As I move slightly in my chair, different sparkles shine.  I am blessed by nature's promise today.

Holy God,

thank you

for the gift

of nature

and all

her wondrous secrets.

Open us

to the wonders

of the seasons,

particularly winter.

There's a

new gift

every day.
