Dear God,

It happened again this Wednesday morning during our covenant group conference call.  Loss, sorrow and grief became a time of healing rather than despair.  Yet, another miracle!

It is often so easy to misinterpret happenings particularly when we are personally involved.  It may be there is more at play.  As I poured out my heart, my covenant members saw what I could not fully see.  As they listened to you and spoke, they led me down a spiritual side road which gave new perspective and helped me see the open door to healing.

I am constantly amazed at the work of your hands, the love deeply embedded in your grace and the power in discernment and wise vision.  You lead us.  When we follow closely, we can see the ways in which you uncover deeper truths.  When we keep on following, our path is opened to greater understanding, insight and hope.  Today we did just that!

Faithful and Merciful God,

who can dispute

your great love

for us?

You want us

to lean close,

trust much

and follow you.
