Dear God,
Summer leaves are falling and now lay brown and crunchy at my feet. The season of summer is quickly passing and in fact, I wonder when it happened. But it is a sign that what is past is past and what is coming is coming. It just so happens that I love this season because it is drawing closer to my very favorite season of winter. Yet, I hear your voice telling me to slow down, to pause and reflect and to give thanks or I will miss this season too.
How beautiful it is to witness the amazing seasons you provide, each one unique, full of joy, peace and hope! Thank you for each season's message of gratitude, surrender and praise. Thank you for showing us your creation love. Thank you for slowing us down, giving us pause to reflect and consider and to listen, look and taste the gifts you offer. Help us never forget they all come from your divine and loving hands.
Holy God,
praise to you.
Thank you
for making us
part of
your creative love.
Thank you
for all
the gifts
around us.
Love, Andrea
