Dear God,

The wind is blowing. The rain is gently falling.  It is gray and dark.  Although it is sometimes hard to do, we can see the sun above the clouds and love present all around us.  

Remembered knowing can help us rise up through dark clouds.  We can grab hold of what is true, find the warmth of the sun and breathe in the air of hope.  It is always possible 24/7.  We do not have to wait for the sun to appear before our eyes before we can hope and know it is present. We can know it now, right now amidst cold, blowing winds.  Darkness can turn to light immediately.

Father, increase

our faith.

Open our eyes.

Help us

recall our memories

when we

learned the truth

that you

are always present

with us.

You bring light

every moment

of every day.
