Dear God,

I wanted to fall to my knees in worship as I listened to the morning anthem, "God Be in My Head".  The choir singing just a few feet behind and above me challenged me and I wanted to respond.  God be in my head, I whispered to myself.  God be in my eyes.  God be in my mouth.  God be in my heart.  God be at my end.  It was my song this morning.

Lord, how beautiful it is when you speak to us through music.  The melodies, harmonies and lyrics lead us to you.  Faith calls for our response.  Not just any response, but one that is deep down, reflective and heart-felt.  You whisper and you like to hear us whisper or shout back.  Today I did.
